If you don't find us at the reception, we may be upstairs in the hotel.
You can contact us from 8am to 8pm
by dialing 38 from your room or from the phone on the reception desk
(there is a small connection time)
Key card of your room
Please use the entrance code for the main hotel entrance and
use the key-card to open your room.
Do not forget your key-card when going out.
There is a fee of 10€ in case of key lost or if not returned at check-out
Only guests staying at the hotel have access to the hotel.
Please do not let anyone non-resident enter.
The hotel is under video surveillance.
For the comfort of all, we ask you not to make any noise after 8pm.
Room cleaning service is operated from 8am to 12pm.
There is no cleaning service in the afternoon.
Please put the sign 'do not disturb' in order not to be disturbed.
You have reserved in a hotel 'smoke-free',
it is forbidden to smoke in rooms (even with open window) and in the public areas.
We invite you to go on the terrace on the 1st floor during opening hours.
Kitchenette and fridge on the groundfloor
You can use the fridge on the ground floor to store your drinks or snacks.
You can take a glass bottle with fresh tap water to your room.
The kitchenette cannot be used during the breakfast hours.
You can drink tap water, it is good and safe in Cannes.
The broadband connection is of good quality.
However, in the event of a connection problem due to the supplier or the connection between devices, the hotel cannot be held responsible.
The hotel will do its utmost to restore the connection as quickly as possible.
To log in, you will need to enter your room number, your email address and the wifi password.
Continental breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am (7:30 am during the congresses)
It must be reserved the day before if yo haven't reserved it in advance

On the day of your departure, check-out time is before 11am
In case of late departure, the amount of an additional night will be charged.
In case of departure before 8am, please inform the reception the day before.
The reception is closed from 8pm to 8am
