Two locations to discover the Cannes boat show

The Cannes Yachting Festival is spread across two iconic locations.

At the Old Port, located in the heart of Cannes, visitors can discover motor yachts, large vessels, power catamarans, as well as boating equipment and services.

Port Canto is dedicated mainly to sailing boats, brokerage yachts, smaller motorboats and marine equipment.

Free maritime shuttles connect both ports throughout the festival. This makes it easier to explore the entire event without having to walk the full length of the Croisette.

More than 700 boats on display in Cannes

The Cannes Yachting Festival is not only aimed at industry professionals.

The event also welcomes enthusiasts and visitors who want to discover the latest models from international shipyards, step on board selected boats and meet exhibitors.

More than 700 boats are expected, ranging from smaller units to impressive yachts several dozen metres long.

Some exhibitors also offer sea trials by appointment, providing a more immersive way to discover the boats presented during the festival.

How to organise your visit?

A full day is recommended to explore both ports comfortably.

The Old Port is a convenient starting point, especially for visitors arriving from central Cannes or the train station. From there, visitors can reach Port Canto using the maritime shuttles available during the festival.

Tickets are available online, and booking in advance is recommended, especially for the busiest days.

If you want to visit a specific boat or meet a particular exhibitor, planning ahead is also advised. Access to some yachts may depend on availability and conditions set by each brand.

The Cannes Yachting Festival from Hotel 7Art

Hotel 7Art is located in central Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals, the train station and the Old Port.

This central location makes it easy to reach one of the main entrances of the Cannes Yachting Festival on foot, without needing a car.

In the evening, restaurants, terraces, the Old Port and the Croisette are all easily accessible from the hotel. This is particularly convenient during a busy week when Cannes welcomes many international visitors.

With its cinema-inspired identity and strong connection to the image of Cannes, Hotel 7Art also offers an interesting contrast with the world of design, innovation and yachting that takes over the city during the festival.

Cannes during the yachting season

During the Cannes Yachting Festival, the event extends far beyond the harbour areas.

The Old Port, the Croisette and Port Canto welcome professionals, visitors and boating enthusiasts from around the world. For a few days, yachts become an essential part of the Cannes landscape.

For those interested in boating, design or simply discovering one of Cannes’ major international events, the festival offers a unique opportunity to experience hundreds of boats and innovations in one place.
